Marble Crystallizing care is the most economical, effective and long-lasting care method for marble maintenance, and will not harm the stone surface. Crystallizing agent is not wax, polishing powder, nor does it have multiple functions such as refurbishment and repair like other products. It is just a long-term maintenance care product. It has four functions: hardening, lightening, non-slip, and stain removal . From a scientific point of view: the crystallized face care process is actually a chemical reaction. The crystallizing agent (acid) and the stone substance (calcium carbonate) are chemically formed. When the chemical reaction occurs, the surface of the lime passes through the ground wiper. It is heated and pressurized to harden, and the heat is transmitted through the steel wire wool to form a bright and hard calcium glass surface. Another function of steel wool is to remove some stains corroded on the ground and absorb it in the steel wool, which has a cleaning effect.
The surface area of each crystal surface agent is 2 square meters. It needs to be polished gradually by meter, and it is enough. When the crystal surface agent is dried by the ground wiper, the stone should be stopped immediately when the glass is bright, otherwise the brightness will be excessive. The thermal damage caused by friction becomes a counterproductive effect, especially white stone.
1. The stone surface should be dry and smooth. After renovation, use animal hair pads or nano wool pads as much as possible to dry the ground temperature to about 50 degrees before doing crystal surface treatment.
2. Use clean steel wool and pads.
3. Stop the machine immediately when the stone emits shinning when you see it .
4. It is best to use neutral crystal surface agent and neutral refurbished paste.
Stone daily maintenance crystal hardening treatment: This is the best maintenance method, as long as the conditions can be achieved, this method should be used as much as possible.
Tools and materials: stone care machine (floor scrubbing machine), red scouring pad, watering can, dust pusher, crystal surface maintenance agent, crystal hard powder.
Daily maintenance:
Apply a small amount of crystal surface care agent or crystal hard powder to the stone care machine with nano wool pad (300-400 rpm high-speed machine is better) 1-2 times a week (Crystal hard powder must be added with water, the amount of water depends on the humidity, and the amount of water should be more when the weather is dry.) 1-2 grams per square meter.
Spread evenly with a stone care machine, and then grind until it is bright. Finally, use the dust pusher to push the dust on the ground clean. Should be sprayed in sections, 1-2 square meters per section. The scouring pad should be kept clean. When it is stained with too much powder, it will affect the effect; if it is found to be stained, it must be used on the other side until both sides are stained and replaced with a new one. Depending on the working area, bring enough scouring pads, and clean and dry the contaminated ones before use.
On a smooth dark ground, the scouring pad can be replaced with a steel wool pad for better results, but it should be noted that the ground is not smooth or the steel wool pad is stained will make the ground black.
Partial maintenance: Lay waterproof mats at the entrance and in the middle of the roads where people walk to prevent sand particles from scratching the crystal surface.
Partial maintenance 1-2 times a month, first put the crystal surface maintenance agent into the watering can, shake evenly for later use. Combine the stone care machine with a red scouring pad or steel wire cotton pad, spray the crystal surface care agent on the clean or washed stone surface, spread the ground evenly (about 1-2 square meters) with the stone care machine, and then Slowly and evenly dry, you can see the bright. Do it piece by piece.
Note that the crystal surface care agent should be polished evenly on the ground immediately. If you find that some place is uneven and leave a dark shadow, you can add a small amount and grind it again.
If the working area is large, two stone care machines should be a group, one is responsible for distributing and polishing, and the other is responsible for polishing. The efficiency and effect are obviously improved.
